FOR TEAMS OF 20–200

The 15Five alternative for honest, anonymous feedback

15Five is built around identified check-ins and performance conversations. When you need the unvarnished truth — anonymous pulse surveys with answers hidden until at least 3 people respond — FeedbackPulse is $4 per person per month, billed annually.

Chosen by teams at Foundation Technopark Zurich and Lymphatica Medtech.

Check-ins tell you what people are comfortable saying

15Five's check-ins work when people are comfortable being identified — and plenty of honest feedback isn't that. Once a comment has a name attached, there's a ceiling on how candid it gets: nobody wants to be the one who said the hard thing in a signed check-in. Identified feedback can't get you past that ceiling — candor takes anonymity that's built into the product, not requested as a favor.

How the anonymity actually works

Choose a response count. At 1 and 2, the admin sees nothing. At 3, aggregate results unlock.

The 3-response floor is enforced in code

results for anonymous surveys are only shown once at least 3 completed responses exist. Below that, nothing renders: no scores, no text answers, no filters. It's a product rule, not an admin setting — nobody in your org can lower it.

Small-group filters stay closed

slicing by department or team applies the same minimum, so a 2-person team never becomes identifiable through a filter.

A third party your employer doesn't control

surveys run on FeedbackPulse's own platform. Your team responds on our site, not inside a company-owned tool, and admins get aggregates — not authorship.

“We wanted a simple, modern tool to run our first structured reviews, not an enterprise system we’d never fully use. FeedbackPulse was exactly that.”

Questions people ask before switching

The useful answer isn't “trust us.” It's knowing which protection the product enforces when nobody is watching.

How is FeedbackPulse different from 15Five?

15Five is built for identified check-ins and performance conversations between managers and their reports — genuinely useful for ongoing 1:1s. FeedbackPulse is built for the other kind of feedback: anonymous pulse surveys, where the value comes from not being identified. Both have a place; FeedbackPulse is the anonymous layer, not a replacement for 15Five's check-ins.

Can I import my team?

Yes — invite your whole team at once with a bulk email list or CSV import. No per-user setup ceremony.

Do you do demos?

Yes. Book a 30-minute demo — it's run by a founder, not a sales rep.
