ANONYMOUS EMPLOYEE SURVEYS · FOR TEAMS OF 20–200

Anonymous feedback your employees can verify

Results stay hidden until at least 3 people respond. The minimum is fixed in the product, not controlled by your company, so employees can answer honestly instead of carefully.

Chosen by teams at Foundation Technopark Zurich and Lymphatica Medtech.

Your team has seen ‘anonymous’ before

People answer carefully when they don't trust the plumbing. Careful answers are how a 30-person company loses its best people ‘unexpectedly.’

The manager's form

A Google Form owned by the same account asking employees to be candid.

The tiny team

A 4-person department where one filter is enough to guess who wrote what.

The black box

An HR platform where nobody outside the admin team can check what admins see.

Try the privacy rule yourself

Choose a response count. At 1 and 2, the admin sees nothing. At 3, aggregate results unlock.

Fixed across every survey

Admins can't lower or disable the response minimum. Changing it would require a product release.

The rule follows every filter

Department and team views stay closed when a filter would expose too few responses.

Employees see the promise

The survey explains that responses stay anonymous, so trust doesn't depend on an admin's reassurance.

The controls above demonstrate the report state. Admins can't change the real threshold.

“We wanted a simple, modern tool to run our first structured reviews, not an enterprise system we’d never fully use. FeedbackPulse was exactly that.”

Questions worth asking before you send a survey

The useful answer isn't “trust us.” It's knowing which protection the product enforces when nobody is watching.

Are employee engagement surveys really anonymous?

Some are anonymous by policy, which depends on a promise. Some are anonymous by configuration, which depends on an admin setting. The stronger standard is anonymity enforced by the product. FeedbackPulse uses that standard: anonymous results stay hidden below 3 responses, and your organization can't configure the threshold.

Can my employer see who wrote a response?

FeedbackPulse admins receive aggregated results, not authorship. With fewer than 3 completed responses, anonymous results stay hidden. Low-count team and department views stay hidden too.

What if my team is smaller than 3?

Then anonymous results can't display. That's the protection working as intended. For a 1 or 2-person team, a direct conversation is more appropriate than an anonymous survey.

Why does a separate tool matter?

A survey inside company-owned software asks employees to trust the same admin who controls the account. FeedbackPulse runs on a separate platform, so the employer doesn't own the survey system or its admin console.

Do you offer demos?

Yes. You can book a 30-minute founder-run demo. If you prefer to inspect the privacy rule first, start with the free plan and bring your questions to the call.

Give your team something they can verify

Run the survey, watch the threshold hold, then show your team exactly what protects them.
