Billing & Plans
Each Organization has one subscription plan. Billing is managed by Admins in Settings > Billing.
Available plans
Section titled “Available plans”Visit feedbackpulse.com/pricing for current plan details and pricing.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”- Go to Settings > Billing
- View your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date
- Click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade
Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No prorating applies.
Updating payment information
Section titled “Updating payment information”- Go to Settings > Billing > Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Click Save
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Download past invoices from Settings > Billing > Invoice History. Invoices are generated automatically at each billing cycle.
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”- Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, the account becomes read-only: you can view historical data but cannot create new Review Cycles or Surveys
Rules and constraints
Section titled “Rules and constraints”- Only Admins can manage billing.
- Each Organization has exactly one subscription plan.
- Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle, not immediately.
- After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
- To reactivate a cancelled account, contact support within the 90-day retention window.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle? A: Your access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued.
Q: What happens to my data after cancellation? A: Your data is retained in read-only mode for 90 days. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
