FeedbackPulse connects with existing tools to keep feedback workflows visible without requiring Users to log into the platform constantly.

Available integrations

Email notifications

FeedbackPulse sends automatic email notifications for:

Event	When it is sent
Review Cycle launched	Immediately when an Admin/Manager launches a cycle
Reminder: pending review	Configurable (3 days before deadline, 1 day before deadline)
New feedback received	When a User receives Continuous Feedback
Survey deadline approaching	Configurable intervals before the survey window closes

Email notification preferences are configured in Settings > Notifications (Organization-wide defaults) and can be overridden by individual Users in their profile settings.

Calendar export

Export Review Cycle deadlines and Survey windows as .ics calendar files:

1. Open any active Review Cycle or Survey
2. Click Add to Calendar
3. Import the .ics file into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar

What FeedbackPulse does not integrate with

FeedbackPulse does not currently offer direct integrations with:

• Slack or Microsoft Teams
• HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Workday, Personio, etc.)
• Single Sign-On (SSO) providers
• Zapier or other automation platforms

These integrations are on the product roadmap. For updates, contact support.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I receive FeedbackPulse notifications in Slack? A: Not currently. Email is the only notification channel. Slack integration is planned.

Q: Can I sync my employee list from our HRIS? A: Not currently. Users are managed manually in FeedbackPulse. HRIS sync is planned.
