The Opportunity
This is your chance to own our entire marketing function. You'll be the architect of our lead generation funnel, crafting the strategies that connect our product with the people who need it most. Working remotely with our small, distributed team, you'll have the freedom to experiment, analyze results, and refine your approach.
Your work will directly influence our growth trajectory and business success. No bureaucracy, no endless meetings—just clear objectives and the space to achieve them.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and implement our marketing strategy — You'll develop comprehensive plans that align with our product roadmap and business goals
- Build our digital presence — Manage our approach to SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing with a focus on measurable results
- Create content that converts — Craft compelling blog posts, case studies, and website copy that resonates with our target audience
- Make data-informed decisions — Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate across functions — Work closely with our product and sales teams in an environment that values direct communication
- Cultivate community — Use vibe-marketing principles to build authentic connections with our audience
About You
You're someone who:
- Has proven experience in digital marketing (SaaS experience is a plus, but not required)
- Understands how to build and optimize lead generation funnels
- Writes with clarity and purpose—essential in our asynchronous environment
- Takes ownership and drives initiatives with minimal direction
- Finds satisfaction in seeing tangible results from your work
- Can overlap at least 2 hours per week with our core team in UTC-5 Central Time
