How much does Lattice cost?
Lattice publishes Foundations at $13 per seat/month and Engagement at $4 per seat/month, billed annually in USD. Its minimum annual agreement is $4,000, shared across the products in your package. There is one source conflict to resolve before buying: the Performance product card says $10 per seat/month, while the same page's FAQ says standalone Performance and Goals & OKRs can each be purchased for $8/month. We report the conflict rather than choose a rate that Lattice has not reconciled.

Annual minimum, billing and rollout
The $4,000 floor is an annual agreement amount, not a verified 25-seat minimum. For an Engagement-only scenario, 25 people produce $1,200 in seat arithmetic ($4 × 25 × 12), but the annual minimum lifts that budget to $4,000. At 100 people, the same arithmetic is $4,800 and exceeds the floor.
Lattice says it bills all contracts annually in USD. Its performance management FAQ explicitly says there are no additional implementation or change management costs. Your internal team still needs time to configure questions, reporting and rollout communication, but no fixed four-to-eight-week schedule or separate vendor fee is established by the checked source.
