has two Claude plugins. One designs the survey. The other reads the results.

Design an employee engagement survey in Claude

Describe what you need to learn, such as trust after a reorganization,
workload in a busy team or how a new manager is landing. Claude builds a
complete survey for your company. You see every question, its answer scale, an
estimated completion time and anonymity guidance before you sign in to
anything.

  • Engagement surveys. 8 to 12 questions covering engagement, leadership,
    growth and belonging.
  • Pulse surveys. Short check-ins on one topic.
  • eNPS surveys. The employee Net Promoter Score question, alone or as part
    of a larger survey.
  • Refine, then save. Ask for changes until it fits. Then save it to
    FeedbackPulse as a reusable template or an unlaunched draft.

Once a survey is live in FeedbackPulse, ask Claude any of these:

  • "How did our last engagement survey go?"
  • "What is our eNPS and how did it change since last quarter?"
  • "Which departments are behind on the review cycle?"

Claude reads your survey results, eNPS trend, comment themes, review progress
and recognition. It is scoped to what your role can see. Anonymous comments stay
hidden until a survey meets its privacy threshold.

Claude Code:

Claude.ai and Claude Desktop: download the survey designer plugin and upload it under Customize > Plugins. Add a custom connector using https://app.feedbackpulse.com/mcp/employee-surveys/claude, sign in when needed and automatic OAuth registration. Once the directory listing is available, you can install it there instead.

The results plugin uses a separate connection. Follow the Claude setup guide to connect your existing FeedbackPulse account.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a FeedbackPulse account to design a survey in Claude?

No. You can design, review, refine and export a complete survey without an account. You only sign in if you want to save the approved survey to FeedbackPulse as a template or draft.

Does the plugin launch the survey or collect responses?

No. The survey designer only designs and optionally saves. You add respondents, choose anonymity settings, schedule and launch inside FeedbackPulse.

Can it build an eNPS survey?

Yes. Ask for an eNPS survey on its own, or add the eNPS question to an engagement or pulse survey. eNPS is always optional.

How many questions can a survey have?

From 1 to 100. For a broad employee engagement survey, 8 to 12 questions usually works best.

What happens to what I type?

Claude composes the survey. Your design brief and proposed questions are sent to FeedbackPulse for validation and storage. Ordinary design inputs are kept for up to 90 days. Do not include employee names or specific allegations. Survey design is available in English.

Can Claude read my existing FeedbackPulse results?

Yes, with the FeedbackPulse Survey Results, eNPS and Reviews plugin. It signs in as you and only sees what your role can see in FeedbackPulse. Anonymous comments stay hidden until a survey meets its privacy threshold.
