FeedbackPulse Notifications and Calendar Export
FeedbackPulse keeps your team on track with automatic email reminders so Users do not need to log in constantly to check for pending tasks.
Email notifications
Section titled “Email notifications”FeedbackPulse sends automatic email notifications for:

| Review Cycle launched | Immediately when an Admin launches a cycle |
| Reminder: pending review | Configurable, based on your Organization’s Review Cycle reminder settings |
| Recognition received | When a User receives Recognition from a colleague |
| Survey deadline approaching | Configurable intervals before the survey window closes |
There is no single Settings > Notifications page. Notification timing is configured where the underlying feature lives:
- Review Cycle reminders and notification recipients: Settings > Review Cycles
- Peer Review lifecycle reminders: Settings > Peer Reviews
