FeedbackPulse Analytics and Reports

The Analytics dashboard aggregates data from all Review Cycles and Surveys into a single view. It shows engagement scores, completion rates, and trends over time.

Analytics respects role-based permissions:

RoleCan see
AdminAll data across the entire Organization
ManagerData for their direct reports only. Department-level aggregates for their Department.
EmployeeTheir own individual performance history only
Review Cycle closes → responses aggregated → scores calculated → visible in Analytics
Pulse Survey response submitted → score updated in real time → visible in Analytics
  • Engagement Survey and Performance Review data appears after the cycle closes.
  • Pulse Survey data updates in real time.
  • All historical data is preserved. There is no automatic deletion.

Export a report as CSV:

  1. Navigate to the report
  2. Click Export in the top right
  3. Choose CSV format

CSV export availability depends on the report type. Performance Review and Peer Review exports are available to Admins, and to Managers scoped to their direct reports. Survey report exports (Survey Insights Report CSV and analysis pack exports) are Admin-only; Managers cannot export Survey reports.

  • Department comparison reports require a minimum of 3 responses per Department (anonymity protection).
  • Analytics data cannot be deleted by Managers or Employees. Only Admins can request data deletion via support.
  • Historical data persists even after a User is deactivated.
  • Analytics does not contain raw individual Survey responses, only aggregated scores and anonymized open-text feedback.

When a survey includes an eNPS question, FeedbackPulse shows:

  • Your current eNPS score.
  • A benchmark band with four zones: Needs Work, Good, Excellent, World Class.
  • Industry median (or global fallback median when industry is not set).
  • Size median when company-size benchmark data is available.
  • Trend markers versus the previous survey and approximately one year ago (when comparison data exists).

For the full interpretation guide, see Survey Results & eNPS Benchmarks.

Q: Why does my Department’s engagement score look different from last quarter? A: Check whether Department membership has changed between survey periods. Also verify that enough Department members responded (minimum 3 for department-level breakdowns).

Q: Can I export individual Employee review data? A: Admins can export individual performance history. Managers can export Performance Review data for their direct reports only. Survey report exports are Admin-only; Managers cannot export Survey report data, even for their own reporting line.

Q: How far back does historical data go? A: All data since the Organization’s creation is preserved. There is no retention limit for active accounts.
